Based on the facts of criminal activity identified and documented by FSB agents, the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in St. Petersburg opened criminal cases under Articles 159, 172, 187, 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. “The issue of the choice of the procedural status in relation to nine members of the criminal group and appropriate preventive measures is currently being decided,” the report notes.
