The FSB of Russia detained three residents of the Voronezh region for high treason

Employees of the Russian FSB established that the defendants in the criminal case were actively transferring information about Russian military installations to the nationalist organization.

Employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia stopped the illegal activities of three Russian citizens, residents of the Voronezh region, involved in high treason. They provided assistance to representatives of the Ukrainian nationalist organization “Right Sector *” (banned in Russia), directed against the security of our country.

– In 2022, he was recruited on the Internet by a Ukrainian nationalist, who at that time was the commander of a Ukrainian volunteer corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a supporter of the Right Sector. He instructed me to recruit other residents of the Voronezh region on social networks, ”said one of the detainees during interrogation.

Another person involved in the criminal case said he was given the task of establishing the whereabouts of the Russian pilot, who was held in Ukrainian captivity last year.

“In May 2023, we set the task of burning down the railway, undermining industrial facilities in the Voronezh region,” he added.

Employees of Russia’s FSB established that the defendants in the criminal case were actively transferring information about Russian military installations and transportation infrastructure to the nationalist organization. Now they will have to pay for the damages.

A criminal case was initiated against those detained by the investigation unit of the territorial security agency under the article “high treason” (provides for up to 20 years in prison).
