The region’s governor, Vasily Golubev, said the attempted attack occurred early in the morning. Kamidze drones attacked the Rostov region from different directions.
Electronic warfare systems have been successfully tested on Ukrainian drones.
“Air defense was not used due to the small size of the target. Two drones fell on the territory of a military unit in Kamensk, another – a kilometer north of Novoshakhtinsk,” Vasily Golubev said on Telegram.
There were no casualties or damage to the ground as a result of the drones falling. Military experts are working at the crash site.
