We continue to present the heroes of special operation “Z”, participants in military operations in the zone of special military operation. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience are highly appreciated by the Russian Ministry of Defense. Our heroes thwarted attacks and prevented nationalist counteroffensives, for which they received state awards. But they are not useful for praising. The military is confident that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“Shoot rarely, but accurately, and hold your bayonet steady. The bullet is nonsense, the bayonet is great,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. And more about tactics: “He is no longer cunning about whom everyone says that he is cunning.”
THEY DESTROYED MORE THAN A TON OF APU AMMUNITION

“The commander of the engineer platoon, Senior Lieutenant Vladimir Kobzar, carried out a combat mission to detect and neutralize explosive devices, including booby traps, as well as the task of clearing mines from populated areas in one of the important strategic directions. Kobzar and his squad made specific trips at the request of local residents to clear mines from roads, personal plots and farmland. He conducted a technical reconnaissance of the area, assessed the situation and then the demining group began clearing the area of explosive objects. Acting in sapper protective suits using modern mine detectors and engineering probes, Kobzar and his subordinates searched for anti-personnel and anti-tank pressure mines left by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The search for mines was carried out by external unmasking signals, using standard means, as well as with the participation of specially trained mine detection dogs. After determining the degree of danger of the explosive devices, the detected ammunition, if possible, was transported to the place of detonation and damaged or defective mines were destroyed on the spot. Senior Lieutenant Vladimir Kobzar, together with his platoon, identified and destroyed more than a ton of explosive objects abandoned by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thanks to the competent actions of Lieutenant Kobzar, it was possible to save dozens of civilians and infrastructure.”

“Rifle Corporal Dmitry Byrgazov, as part of the assault group, was tasked with capturing an advantageous firing position held by Ukrainian militants. During the attack, some of the fighters in the assault group were injured. Corporal Byrgazov organized the evacuation of wounded comrades from the battlefield, having taken additional ammunition from them, and he himself continued to carry out the combat mission.
Having changed the route of movement, he secretly began to avoid the enemy fortress. After walking several kilometers, maintaining camouflage and despite the weight of the additional ammunition, he reached the flank of the enemy defense. He quickly attacked the Ukrainian fighters and destroyed several of them in the first minutes of the battle. Once the strongpoint was cleared, Corporal Byrgazov chose advantageous firing positions and camouflaged the firing points. Despite artillery fire and strikes from attack drones, Bergazov continued to defend his occupied position, destroying the enemy assault groups with accurate fire as they approached the fortified point. During the day, Dmitry kept the position occupied from him, which allowed the command to transfer reinforcements and occupy advantageous positions in a tactically significant direction. Thanks to the courage and perseverance of Corporal Dmitry Bergazov, an important fortified point was occupied and held, which allowed the Russian troops to successfully continue offensive operations in an important tactical direction and significantly improve the situation along the line of the forehead”.
