We continue to introduce the heroes of the special operation “Z”, participants in military operations in the special military operation zone. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character and fulfilled combat missions. Their determination, assertiveness and combat experience are highly appreciated by the Russian Ministry of Defense. Our heroes thwarted attacks and prevented nationalist counteroffensives, for which they received state awards. But they are not good for praise. The military is confident that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.
“They do not take cities standing; they fight with skill, not with numbers; skill arises from agreement,” said Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov, who did not lose a single battle. He also repeated: “A minute decides the outcome of the battle, an hour the success of the campaign, a day the fate of the empire.”

“While on duty in one of the difficult sectors of the front, the guard’s senior gunner, Sergeant Kirill Gette, directed fire, supporting the advance of our troops.
The enemy engaged in counter-battery combat and began firing at the Russian gunners’ position.
After quick communication with intelligence units, Guard Sergeant Goette clarified the coordinates of the location of the Ukrainian militants’ self-propelled artillery installation. Despite nearby explosions of large-caliber shells, Kirill made adjustments to fire and destroyed the enemy self-propelled guns with return fire. After crushing the enemy artillery, the crew continued to fire at the fortified positions of the Ukrainian militants. As a result of the destruction of the firing points, the Russian troops drove the enemy out of their positions and significantly improved the situation on the front line.
Thanks to the courage and dedication of Guard Sergeant Kirill Goette, the enemy suffered losses of personnel and heavy weapons, lost important defensive positions, and Russian troops continued to advance in an important tactical direction.”
AMMUNITION DELIVERED UNDER FIRE

“Guards military driver Private Alexander Miroshnichenko was tasked with quickly delivering ammunition to the area of artillery firing positions.
After studying the situation and possible routes of movement, Miroshnichenko advanced at maximum speed towards the artillery positions.
While marching on the task of delivering ammunition to the crews of multiple launch rocket systems, Miroshnichenko’s vehicle was attacked by artillery. While maneuvering on the ground, Alexander did not allow the cargo to be hit, but the vehicle was damaged and lost speed. Quickly, despite the ongoing shelling, Miroshnichenko made repairs and continued moving towards the indicated area.
Thanks to the courageous and decisive actions of guard soldier Alexander Miroshnichenko, the task of transporting ammunition was completed on time, which made it possible to inflict fire on the enemy concentration preparing for the attack and thwart their attack.”
