Soldiers, sergeants, corporals and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character and completed combat missions. His determination, assertiveness and combat experience are highly appreciated by the Russian Ministry of Defense and the police units of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.
Our heroes thwarted attacks and prevented nationalist counteroffensives, for which they received state awards. But they are not useful for praising. The military is confident that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.

“The artillery crew, among which was the guard soldier Sergei Karapuzov, occupied a camouflaged firing position in one of the defensive lines of the Russian troops. Ukrainian militants began to shell the positions of Russian troops with mortars, supporting the advance of their assault groups. Private Karapuzov’s guard team received coordinates of enemy artillery positions from reconnaissance units. Sergei competently and quickly entered all the necessary data and fired the first shot at one of the enemy cannons. Then, receiving the coordinates of the target from the drone crew, Karapuzov quickly made adjustments, as a result of which the entire personnel of the enemy artillery unit was destroyed. Thanks to the courage and bravery of the guard soldier Sergei Karapuzov, the enemy did not manage to break through the defense of our troops and, having suffered losses, had to retreat to their original positions.”
