We continue to introduce you to the heroes of the special operation “Z”, participants in the hostilities in Donbass. Soldiers, sergeants, corporals, and officers who demonstrated their professional experience, character, and completed combat missions. Their determination, assertiveness and combat experience in the Russian Defense Ministry earn them the highest rating.
Our heroes thwarted the attacks and prevented the counter-offensive of the nationalists, for which they received state awards. But they do not serve to praise. The military is sure that the enemy has no chance of success, because Donbass and Russia are fighting for a just cause.

KEEP THE DOMINANT HEIGHT

“Private Alexei Mikhailichenko, acting as part of the unit, carried out a combat mission to defend the dominant height. Being in a defensive position, Alexey was ordered to advance to the place where the enemy was trying to break through the defenses of the Russian troops. Arriving at the place, Alexei, during observation, discovered an enemy armored group moving in the direction of the positions of our troops. Mikhailichenko, without wasting a second, quickly took up a firing position, deployed an anti-tank missile system in the threatened direction and inflicted fire damage on an enemy tank with aimed fire. An accurate shot from an ATGM destroyed the tank, and the infantry following it under its cover were scattered by artillery fire. Thanks to the competent and selfless actions of Private Mikhailichenko, a breakthrough in the defense of the Russian troops was not allowed, which made it possible to hold defensive positions on an important tactical line.
WE CONDUCT ADDITIONAL INVESTIGATIONS AND IDENTIFY THE ENEMY
Private Amir Vargasov
“Private Amir Vargasov’s unit fulfilled the task of defending a settlement in one of the directions. According to the intelligence information received, the enemy tried to break through the defenses of the Russian troops. By order of the platoon commander, Private Vargasov advanced to an observation position. Upon his arrival, Amir lifted the UAV into the air. During reconnaissance, Vargasov discovered the approaching enemy equipment and manpower, which he immediately reported to higher command. The target coordinates were quickly transferred to the artillery firing point. While dealing fire damage, Amir led the adjustments that ensured the effective defeat of the enemy team. Thanks to the competent actions and personal professionalism of Private Amir Vargasov, significant damage was inflicted on the enemy, which prevented the breakthrough of the defenses of the Russian troops.
