It was established that on July 30, 18 children and 9 adults in the camp were in a sharp deterioration in health: vomiting and diarrhea appeared, the temperature rose.
The affected children rested in different detachments, but ate and drank water in the same canteen. Food was supplied to the camp by a local organization, according to the Tula Region Department of the TFR.
A criminal case was initiated under article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Provision of services that do not meet security requirements.” In addition to investigators, representatives of the prosecutor’s office and Rospotrebnadzor work in the camp.
