People’s Artist of the USSR Inna Churikova died in a Moscow hospital at the age of 80. The farewell to the great actress will take place on January 17 at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior at 11 am. Inna Mikhailovna met the year 2023 in her house on Nikolina Gora together with her closest people: her husband Gleb Panfilov and her son Ivan Panfilov. Ivan works in London, where he has his own production company, but he often visits Moscow. Ivan became the producer of the play “Audience” and other projects. Ivan Panfilov celebrated the New Year with his parents and flew to London on business, he returned on January 14 because he was worried about his mother, but did not have time to say goodbye …
Inna Mikhailovna recently said that Ivan spends all family holidays with his parents in a house near Moscow: “We are happy when our son is with us. Churikova and Panfilov began to build their family nest in the 90s. Construction lasted 10 years. Inna Mikhailovna in the fall of 2020 invited to the program “To the hut!” to visit, which illuminated the mansion and the garden. This transmission allowed us to consider the home of a famous family. The house of Inna Mikhailovna and Gleb Anatolyevich is located in the village of Nikolina Gora; this is one of the oldest known elite summer houses in the Moscow region. The village in the Odintsovo district is located at the 22nd kilometer of the Rublevo-Uspenskoye highway.

On the well-groomed territory there is a garden in which there are many hydrangeas and Churikova’s favorite lilies, many trees and shrubs. The three-story mansion was built in the style of Russian landlord houses of the 19th century: columns, balconies, mezzanines. Inna Mikhailovna said: “We wanted the house to be like that – one owner. We have been building it for a long time. How did you receive the fees? Construction resumed, since the money ran out, the builders had a vacation. We invited an architect, Gleb worked with him. We seriously approached this issue … ”All the wishes of Churikova and Panfilov were taken into account. In the interior, Inna Mikhailovna made everything to her liking: a classic interior, there are many paintings on the walls, and also a lot of figurines, memorable photos and things in the house. There is a piano in one of the rooms – family members do not play it themselves, but often invite friends who play music. Inna Mikhailovna had a self-instruction manual, according to which she played, but only for her loved ones. The interior is designed mainly in beige tones.

Realtors estimate houses and plots of similar size in the village of Nikolina Gora at 250-280 million rubles. There will be no property disputes in this friendly family: Inna Mikhailovna has two heirs – a husband and a son, who will inherit the property from her in equal shares. In addition, they say that Ivan’s parents have long since transferred all property to him. The spouses Churikova and Panfilov also have an apartment in the west of Moscow, on Universitetsky Prospekt, it is estimated at 50 million rubles.
