According to the law, Alexander Borisovich has five heirs. Two adult children, Daniil and Maria, from his third marriage, and two younger children, Sasha and Vanya, from Marina Kotashenko, with whom Gradsky lived for almost 20 years and registered his marriage a month before his death . She became an official wife, she took her husband’s surname, Gradskaya, and also became a legal heir. The property, rumored to be worth one billion rubles, was distributed between the children and the widow.
This distribution did not suit either the older children or their mother, the musician’s ex-wife, Olga Semyonovna Gradskaya. The singer’s older children try to seize the widow’s assets. And this does not contribute to their reconciliation.
The disagreement also affected the choice of the monument on the tomb. Daniil and Maria said more than once that they were “robbed”, that the widow received most of the inheritance, that she did not allow the monument to be installed on the grave of Alexander Borisovich, and Daniil and Maria do not have the money to install it , of which they are very ashamed… Now According to lawyer Shota Gorgadze, who represents the interests of older children, Marina Gradskaya does not give her consent to the installation of a monument at the Vagankovskoye cemetery: “The grave is located in a deplorable state, it is not clear why he does not give his consent.”
The second side of the conflict has a completely different opinion. Marina Gradskaya invited Daniil and Maria many times to participate in choosing the design of the monument, which she allegedly did not allow to be installed…
“I approached Maria and Daniil many times with a proposal about the monument, called them and sent them an official letter, which they ignored,” Marina Gradskaya told KP. – “We do not have money to erect a monument… We would like to very much… We are very ashamed” – these statements were made by Daniil Gradsky near the Tverskoy court building.
However, they were silent about the fact that at that time all heirs by law (including them!) had already received significant sums of money from the inheritance, which would easily (without attracting their own funds) allow them to erect a wonderful monument to his father. . Apparently it’s a shame about the money for Dad. Funds are available to pursue costly lawsuits against me and my children.
Marina Gradskaya, through Komsomolskaya Pravda, turned to Daniil and Maria with another offer to participate in the choice of the design of the monument: “this is a matter of honor.” But I haven’t received a response yet.
