For the second week in a row, the whole country has been watching as Otar Kushanashvili fights for his life. In critical condition, the presenter was taken to one of the best clinics in Krasnogorsk, where a whole series of operations and manipulations were carried out to save the showman’s life. It seemed that he was on the verge of death. It didn’t even seem like it: Otar himself later admitted that he had experienced two clinical deaths.
Contrary to the gloomy predictions of insiders who allegedly had information about Kushanashvili’s health, the patient turned out to be alive. And the other day he published a letter of gratitude to the doctors, listing the names of those who saved him.
And now Otar came out with a message for the first time. On the Telegram channel of the host’s author’s show “What?!” the first voice greeting from Kushanashvili appeared. In a weak voice, but not without humor and enthusiasm, in his characteristic style, the showman described what had happened to him.
“I love you all,” Otar, the survivor, admitted. “Take care of all your loved ones. Of course, I can’t show myself to you now. Of course, from the point of view of male beauty, I’m not handsome. Of course, I’m fighting a fierce battle for survival. Of course, a large part of the blame for what happened lies with me. Of course, I’m the smartest guy in the world, but I already told you, this has nothing to do with being smart. Not at all. You can be a Nobel Prize winner and an idiot (gullible) in terms of colonoscopy. You don’t want to waste time on basic things. And then you see your family crying, looking at you exhausted.
Kushanashvili joked that he turned out to be stronger than Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin and “the entire Belarusian resistance.” He also advised not to trust anyone who reports “exclusive news” about his health.
“The situation is even worse than you think,” Otar said without joking. – But not because there are scary words there, but because even if you start with an ordinary caries, it turns into a deadly problem. I beg you, please, I talked about this in the program “How is it?”, and I myself turned out to be dishonest. Take good care of yourself and your loved ones. Every day I get stronger. These are terrible diseases. It’s scary, you know that perfectly. But I, bitch, am like the guy who danced when the Georgian team scored (against the Spaniards). By “Poglupanov” Kushanashvili probably means former AiF journalist and music critic Vladimir Polupanov, who called himself a friend of Otar and, in the first days of the showman’s hospitalization, reported that he had been confirmed to have cancer.
