“Over the past year there has been a positive dynamic in cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia,” underlines the head of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov. – We managed to expand political dialogue and strengthen economic ties. Within the framework of agreements in the field of education, an exchange of students is being carried out to study the Kyrgyz and Mongolian languages. Of particular importance to us is the development of trade and great opportunities for cooperation in the mining industry.
The parties highlighted the deep historical ties between Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia, the richness of their heritage, due to their common nomadic culture and similar traditions. But the distinguished guest also focused on the present.
Gombozhavyn Zandanshatar noted that Mongolia welcomes Kyrgyzstan’s active efforts to combat crime and corruption. According to him, this creates a favorable business environment in the friendly republic of Ulaanbaatar. In this sense, as the speaker of the Mongolian Parliament stressed, investors from his country express interest in doing business in Kyrgyzstan.
