There was such a concept in the Soviet Union: “Counterplan”. I will decipher it for those who do not know: it was then that the party and the government said that the five-year plan must be completed in four years, and the enthusiastic workers replied that they could do it in three years. Today you can see something similar on television, when participants compete to see how many notes they can guess the melody from, or, for example, in Ukraine.
Immediately after the Rada approved the bill to strengthen mobilization in its first reading, the Ukrainian workers presented their “counterplan.” On the first day, Nezalezhnaya border guards detained a record group of up to 40 heads trying to leave “Ridna Batkivshchyna” along secret paths in two minivans. Two of the detainees were drivers of these minibuses, and the rest were passengers who did not skimp, paying between 4,500 and 8,000 US dollars for the transfer to a new place of residence.
There was another arrest of a police officer who was on sick leave and decided to harden his body against colds with a wetsuit and a mask with a snorkel for diving, who was captured in the border river.
In a word, even the adoption of the law in the first reading caused a strong wave of centrifugal enthusiasm among the male population of the Square, which clearly understood and understood that the salvation of the “uhilyants” (evaders) is the work of the “Uhilyants” ” themselves, and they have nothing to expect from nature or from the government of President Zelensky.
But also in kyiv there are people who are not cut out for that. And the authorities adopted their own “counterplan” in response to the “workers’ counterplan.” As reported by Taras Melnichuk, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada (and such news could only be reported by a person with the spoken name Taras), the government decided to transfer the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC: for those who They do not know, this is an analogue of the military registration and enlistment offices in Russia) and the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SP) for round-the-clock operations, without breaks or weekends.
– Now the reception of citizens at TCC and SP will be carried out 24 hours a day. This applies to both the personal and qualitative registration of recruits and the registration of vehicles,” Taras stunned the parliamentarians. – Medical and psychological examinations by military medical commissions (military medical commissions – author’s note) will also be available 24 hours a day. In addition, TCC and SP had the opportunity to consider cases of administrative violations and impose sanctions 24 hours a day.
This is what we ended up with: “visa-free travel to the EU, democracy and European values.” As the old Soviet joke about the road to communism goes: “but they didn’t promise to feed me on the way.”
By the way, this fits perfectly with Zelensky’s new motto, which he expressed when he removed General Zaluzhny from the post of commander-in-chief: “We need a completely new look at military operations.” Not exactly, but relatively new.
In Russia, enterprises of the military-industrial complex switched to a three-shift work schedule, and in Ukraine, military registration and enlistment offices switched to a 24-hour work schedule. 400 or 500 thousand new soldiers will not be mobilized in every sense of the word.
