Raut was arrested on September 16. According to security officials, he wanted to kill presidential candidate Donald Trump. The Republican was playing golf in Florida when shots were heard. The politician was not injured.
It should be noted that Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, is a supporter of the Democrats and advocates military assistance to Ukraine.
