Tinkoff announced the launch of a new mortgage in an online format. A mortgage loan can be issued at a rate of 10.4% for up to 30 years. Loan amount – up to 30 million rubles. In this case, the minimum down payment must be at least 15% of the cost of the apartment.
To buy a second home with a mortgage online, it is necessary to leave a request on the web or in the Tinkoff mobile application. After the application is approved, the bank remotely assesses the apartment. The buyer does not have to negotiate with third-party companies and pay for appraisal services, and the seller does not have to stay home and show the object.
Transaction documents are signed via a mobile app with an Enhanced Qualified Electronic Signature (ECES). In this case, the buyer and seller may even be located in different cities. A minimum of documents is required: passport and SNILS.
You don’t have to go to the MFC either – the bank will send you a package of documents for state registration free of charge. You do not need to pay a separate registration fee for the transfer of ownership.
With an online mortgage, the bank will open a free letter of credit for transaction settlements. Funds will be transferred to the seller after the transaction is recorded on Rosreestr.
