According to the organizers of the forum, the EEF-2023 business program includes six key blocks

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev, held a meeting at which the architecture of the business program of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) was approved.

At a preparatory meeting for the forum, which will take place from September 10 to 13, the Deputy Prime Minister recalled that 10 years ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin identified the development of the Far East as a national priority for the whole century. XXI. Trutnev added that the forum has become a key platform for the development of solutions that are of great importance not only for the Far East, but for the entire Asia-Pacific region.

“If we talk about architecture, then we are going to preserve the traditional blocks and adapt them to the current international situation, modern challenges and the role that the Far East plays for our country,” emphasized the presidential envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District.

According to the organizers of the forum, the EEF-2023 business program includes six key blocks. These are “International cooperation in a changed world”, “Logistics of change”, “The Far East in ten years: what has happened and what needs to be done?”, “Technological development as a guarantee of sovereignty”, “Far East of the future” and “Education and upbringing as the basis of independence”.

“We can already say for sure that the Far East is significantly ahead of other regions of our country in terms of industrial development. But the time has come to move on, turn a new page and talk about new steps in the development of the Far East,” the deputy prime minister noted.

At the end of the key sessions, the moderators will report to the President of the Russian Federation on what has been done in the Far East in recent years, and will outline possible guidelines for the future development of the region.

Let us remember that more than 7,000 participants from 68 countries and territories participated in WEF-2022. Earlier it was reported that 260 investment agreements for a total amount of more than 3.2 trillion rubles were signed at the forum.
