“With accurate shots from a rapier from closed positions, the paratroopers destroyed an infantry group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and an ammunition depot in the area of Vesely and Razdolovka in the DPR. The fire was carried out with high-explosive fragmentation projectiles of 100 millimeter caliber against the infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were trying to take refuge in shelters and abandoned buildings,” comments the Russian Ministry of Defense on the images of the Tula combat. parachutists.
The fire support platoon commander, call sign “Didi,” praises the weapon: “The Rapier is incredibly accurate. You can launch five projectiles in a five by five meter square. The Rapier fire is corrected using drones with thermal imaging equipment. All coordinates are transmitted to our gunners and they, in turn, attack the enemy with greater precision.
