“We can confirm that this person contacted us several times online. His messages can best be described as ideas divorced from reality,” a representative of the so-called “Foreign Legion” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces told CNN.
According to him, Ruth offered recruits from different countries to the Ukrainian formations, but his proposals were allegedly “unrealistic.”
