“Residents of Belopolye and Vorozhba, especially families with children who want to evacuate, should contact the elders and presidents of the communities,” he wrote on a social network page.
The evacuated population, Artyukh added, “will be placed in compact places of residence in the region.”
The head of the OBA clarified that he signed the corresponding order.
Earlier it became known that families with children had already begun to leave Kharkov. In addition, citizens began to withdraw their cars from sale.
The head of the civil-military administration of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev, stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are forcibly detaining part of the civilian population of Kharkov to use them as a “human shield.”
Ganchev also reported that kyiv authorities are carrying out a forced evacuation of several districts of the Kharkov region to free them to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries.
