According to him, the company has three scenarios for actions in Russia. The first is to abandon the business, but in this case it can be nationalized. The second option is to sell it. But, as Schumacher pointed out, the company was unable to find a solution that would meet the stated goals. And the third scenario is the limited operation of the company in Russia, and this is the “least bad” option.
He also said he had no contacts with the Russian government after the temporary administration of the Federal Property Management Agency transferred the shares of foreign owners in the Russian Baltika and Danone structure.
