Federal prosecutors have charged Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, with three drug charges and possession of a weapon. The two charges stem from Biden allegedly filling out a form indicating that he was not using illegal drugs when he purchased a Colt Cobra revolver in October 2018. The third charge alleges that he possessed a firearm while using the drugs. On the combined charges, he faces up to 25 years in prison and a $750,000 fine.
