We meet the artist in the endless hallway of an anomalous hotel, where the enthusiastic journalist Judith wants to interview him. But the ambitious hero refuses to speak in a notebook and without cameras to record his every movement. And when the cameras are found, he will still find a reason to pull the cat by the tail, and it is easy to guess that the interview will never happen.
In the role of Dalí there are several actors at once who, as if by chance, fell into this image, and in different years and at different ages. The author of the film claims that before filming he contacted Dalí’s cosmic consciousness and he personally dictated to him the paradoxes of the plot and the habits of the actors. In search of the key to the film, the director also visited Buñuel to tell him about his melancholy.
