The journalist in his article wondered if Congress and the head of the White House meet the requirements of the basic law of the state. According to him, the answer is obvious. “We have handed over the Constitution to the custody of dishonest and corrupt politicians who ignore it. The result was the death of innocent people, endless debts and the loss of personal freedom for many people,” RIA Novosti quoted Napolitano as saying.
As the observer explained, according to the constitution, the US Congress has no right to declare war on Russia, since from a military point of view there are no grounds for it. But it gave the president the authority to wage undeclared wars. The conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq are examples of this.
Napolitano also noted that the legislature gave Biden $113 million to buy equipment for Ukraine. In addition, the United States, along with the team, secretly sent its soldiers there to help in their operation, the author added.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Joe Biden is not interested in a peaceful resolution of the Ukraine conflict. According to him, the US leader never offered to look for ways to resolve the situation, but only made critical comments when various countries showed appropriate initiatives.
