The program allows you to automate the processes of calculating the receipt and consumption of petroleum products using route telegrams, account for batches of petroleum products by agreement and calculate standard losses during loading and storage of petroleum products.
The functionality provides employees of the company’s acceptance and delivery points with the ability to enter data on the fact of acceptance/shipment of various brands of petroleum products in the corresponding modules of the program. The entered information is available in real time to employees of the company’s petroleum and petroleum products management department for monitoring and analysis.
The program also automatically calculates the losses of petroleum products during their storage and loading, generates the necessary reports for sending to the parent company and transmitting them to customers via secure communication channels.
Previously, these calculations of the movement of petroleum products were performed manually using a foreign spreadsheet program. The introduction of the self-designed “Automated calculation of the movement of petroleum products” program made it possible to reduce the time spent by specialists by at least 30 percent.
Ensuring high service provision is one of the key priorities of the company’s production activities. Thanks to the implementation of modern information systems and software products, the company ensures the implementation of plans for the acceptance and delivery of oil products to customers under contracts for receipt, storage and loading by the Russian operator of the major oil pipelines and petroleum products.
