Grobovnikov died on April 17 as a result of an accident at the age of 63; His friend and colleague spoke about the DJ’s death on social media.

Oleg Grobovnikov was born in Moscow, studied at the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University. He hosted programs on the Youth Channel, which launched on Yunost radio in the late 1980s: a morning show, Evening Courier and the hit parade Galaxy. Since 1994 he has worked at Radio ROKS.
Oleg Grobovnikov and Daria Chadrina have been married since 2006.
