AXA Spain is looking for 100 workers to join its Emprende Plan, with the ultimate objective of strengthening its network of professional agents in the country, as reported in a statement.
“Our objective is to select people with commercial talent and a marked entrepreneurial spirit who want to have professional independence and join a project of a large multinational like AXA,” explains the director of Exclusive Networks of the insurer, Javier Caballero.
Currently, the company has an exclusive distribution network made up of more than 1,200 professional agents who, together with the network of brokers, provide service to more than three million clients.
“Competitive” entrepreneurship
The firm explains that this plan offers its candidates a “competitive” development and entrepreneurship project, specialized theoretical-practical training and personalized mentoring. In addition, it has flexible hours and hybrid work.
“Our goal is to incorporate people with a desire for continuity and long-term development, men and women with the ambition of creating their own business and providing clients with protection and advice on risk management in an increasingly complex environment,” Knight adds.
