The Community of Madrid has accepted today an investment of 12.3 million euros destined to aid for the Youth Rental Bonus of 250 euros per month. This initiative is aimed at those under 35 who are entering the real estate market and need incentives to save.
In fact, next Tuesday, April 11, another list with 4,822 new beneficiaries will be published on the Community’s website, in addition to the 3,400 concessions from the previous call that is in the accreditation phase to subsequently proceed to pay the authorized amount. , reported the regional vice president, Enrique Ossorio, at a press conference after the meeting of the Governing Council.
This state subsidy will be granted for a period of two years, up to a maximum of 6,000 euros divided into 24 monthly installments. The rental income of the flat object of the contract must be equal to or less than 600 euros per month. In the case of renting a room, the price must be equal to or less than 300 euros per month.

The regional government, through the Ministry of the Environment, Housing and Agriculture, maintains in 29 municipalities the extension of the maximum limits established to 900 euros/month in the case of renting a property and 450 euros/month if it is a room, so that many more people can access this help.
These towns are Alcalá de Henares, Alcobendas, Alcorcón, Algete, Arroyomolinos, Boadilla del Monte, Getafe, Collado Villalba, Coslada, Fuenlabrada, Galapagar, Las Rozas de Madrid, Leganés, Madrid, Majadahonda, Móstoles, Parla, Pinto, Pozuelo de Alarcón , Rivas-Vaciamadrid, San Fernando de Henares, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Torrejón de Ardoz, Torrelodones, Tres Cantos, Valdemoro, Villanueva de la Cañada, Villanueva del Pardillo and Villaviciosa de Odón.
