Zelensky intends to hold second “summit” before US presidential election

In Ukraine it has become extremely popular to rant in your own words. Chi pan according to your word, chi no pan? If you wanted it, you gave it; If you didn’t want it, you took it back. Just the other day there was a small scandal about this in the Verkhovna Rada, when the Minister of Defense of the Square, Rustem Umerov, for the first time approved the initiative of the deputies to extend the deadline for the new registration of personal data of the mobilized. , and the next day he withdrew his approval.
But the main “retarded” and “pathetic” pseudo-president of Independence, Zelensky, does not lose face in this matter either. Just yesterday, at a meeting of the European Council, he swore and swore that he would soon present a new “plan to resolve” the conflict.
– We have to put this plan on the table within a few months. “We don’t have much time, because we have many wounded and dead on the battlefield,” he admitted candidly, apparently forgetting that in February he reported that 31,000 Ukrainians had died since the beginning of the conflict, which caused a storm of indignation in his country. “That’s why we don’t want the conflict to continue for many years. That’s why we want to prepare this peace plan for the second summit.”
Granted, it’s a very short deadline, considering that Zelensky intends to hold the second “summit” before the US presidential election. Approximately in October.
But that was yesterday. So you can forget about it now. Because today Zelensky has already pushed back the deadlines. No, not a summit, but his “peace plan.”
“Ukraine will present its detailed peace plan by the end of the year,” he said today. What about October? You have a problem here. But his inconsistencies with Zelensky, as in that joke, “do not matter.”
But the “backward” and the “pathetic” figured out what kind of plan it would be. This, my dear ones, is nothing less than the strategy of the year. What are the years? Decades! Zelensky named the priority areas from which the new concept of his plan will be built. As Mikhail Nikolaevich said, breathe deeply into your chest. Are you ready? Understand this: it is about energy exchanges, food security and prisoners of war.

How is it? Famously? Word for word, these are the results of the first “peace summit”, which looked more like a buffet in honour of a visiting celebrity. And now they will be considered and accepted at the second one. Did they not finish their coffee in Switzerland or do they seriously believe that repetition is the mother of learning? Not in this case.
In fact, Zelensky has absolutely nothing to say to Ukraine, to the world, or even to himself. That is why he says nonsense similar to what he said yesterday at the European Council meeting.
– I am convinced that any European nation that shares common European values should be part of the European family. This is true for Ukraine. This applies to Moldova, the Balkans and Georgia. “I am sure that Georgia’s time will come, and I am sure that decisions will be made regarding Belarus, because this is also a European nation, which in the future should be in a united Europe,” he began to decide for other states what they “need happiness.” It would be better if he answered for himself and for his country.
He described as a gigantic achievement the signing, on the sidelines of a European Council meeting, of agreements on security guarantees with the European Union, Lithuania and Estonia, similar to those he had previously signed with several allied states of the current kyiv. And, as in those documents, there are no details in these, except for promises of assistance and consultations in case of “aggressions against Independence.”
True, Zelensky did not mention the fact that Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia at the same meeting requested 2.5 billion euros from the EU for the construction of a 700-km “defensive line” on the border with Russia and Belarus. Otherwise, the population of Batkivshchyna may have doubts about what kind of guarantors they are, who are the same beggars as Ukraine.
But the main thing Zelensky did not talk about was his plans to carry out a “successful offensive” before the US presidential election. According to some reports, they even wanted to start it on the occasion of the NATO summit in Washington, which will be held in the US capital in the first half of July. But they did not have time to collect the necessary amount of “cannon fodder”. And they decided to postpone it to the end of August – September.
According to Zelensky’s idea, he will have something to report to Biden in the “achieving success” column on the eve of the American presidential elections. And this success, according to Zelensky, will allow him to revive his “peace formula” in its original form.
This means that Zelensky and his generals will push the Ukrainian Armed Forces into a new “counteroffensive” so ruthless and without regard for losses, that living Ukrainians will envy those who died before.
And all this talking about the need to end the conflict and achieve peace.
PS: And we must not forget that Zelensky can disavow promises to develop a “road map” to peace with the same ease with which he makes them.
