The celebration of Dragon Ball’s future 40th anniversary continues with the “Dragon Ball Super Gallery” and its collection of illustrations by various contributors to Shonen Jump magazine, now it’s Kazue Kato’s (creator of Blue Exorcist) turn to add a commemorative piece to the gallery.
The mangaka Ao no Exorcit takes the cover of Akira Toriyama’s 25th volume Dragon Ball manga as inspiration and redraws the illustration that Akira Toriyama made now in his own drawing style, as well as sharing a thank you message for inviting me to be part of it from the gallery.
With the above, we come to the 24th piece that is on display at the Dragon Ball Super Gallery, an exhibition that aims to show a total of 40 illustrations for its 40th anniversary. Here below you can find more creations made by various manga artists and illustrators who have published their work in Weekly Shonen Jump.
