It’s unbelievable that two of the most important manga in the history of the industry, Dragon Ball and Berserk, have never had a crossover like the one that happened in Akira Toriyama’s One Piece series. Luckily for all the fans who are waiting for this collaboration, there are hundreds of fan art that allows us to see these two universes intermingled, some of which are just sensational. This is the case of the following fan art that was responsible for Guts turning into a Saiyan prince.
When we see Beach Ghost’s work, we can’t help but praise his interpretation of Guts turning into a golden-haired Super Saiyan, and of course, Berserk’s protagonist fits his blond, spiky hair like a glove. On the other hand, we can see this cursed character in the Frost Emperor Force uniform, a reference to one of the first outfits we saw on Vegeta.
There are a couple more details worth mentioning. For example, we find this anti-hero sword that has received a rather special addition: One Star Sphere as part of the hilt. We also notice a futuristic prosthetic hand instead of Guts’ rather medieval artifact, giving us a glimpse of alien technology interfering with this character’s design.
Either way, we can’t doubt that this is fantastic fan art that pays homage to both franchises, namely Berserk and, of course, Dragon Ball.
