The Jujutsu Kaisen universe is full of many mysteries and interesting things that surround the sorcerers, who are the main warriors in the story as they protect people from curses generated as a result of cursed energy.
They are trained on how to handle cursed energy and thus be able to protect humanity, but sometimes not everyone has such skills and so they work to become great sorcerers when they are recruited into some Academy of Magic. But once your skills are visible, your level of preparation is determined.
These are the degrees of Jujutsu Kaisen magicians.
The colleges have a power system that classifies sorcerers, cursed users, and even cursed spirits, as well as cursed tools and cursed objects. They range from the lowest grades up to 4th grade, which is the highest or special grade level.
Special variety
This classification is the maximum possible and is determined by sorcerers who have enormous cursed energy, amazing and mysterious abilities, among them we know Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, Yuki Tsukumo and Yuta Okkotsu.

First grade
These are wizards considered to be the highest class among students as they are usually the best leaders in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen and that is why they have that title. Among those we know are Nanami Kento, Masamichi Yaga, Atsuya Kusakabe, Mei Mei, Aoi Todo.
Quasi-first class
This is a subcategory to identify those who are very strong, they are stronger than the second class, but they are very far from the first class, they are in the middle. Utahime Iori, Noritoshi Kamo, Kokichi Muta and Toge Inumaki are some of them.

Second class
This is the middle level in the power system, and a fairly strong sorcerer is considered part of it. Takuma Ino and Megumi Fushiguro fall into this category.
Quasi-second class
Another subcategory for determining which sorcerers are strong, but not so strong as to be at the second degree level, but not at the third level either. Momo Nishimiya and Panda belong to this level.

Third degree
This is a very low level in the power system, and is determined by those magicians who still need to undergo extensive training to become the strongest. Kasumi Miwa, Mai Zenin and Nobara Kugisaki fall into this category.

Fourth grade
This is the lowest level of this system, and there are mages who are in the process of learning, or who are new, or who need something to move up in the rankings. Maki Zenin is from this category.

Without a doubt, in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen there are classifications to take into account who are the most powerful sorcerers, as well as to determine who continues to train to level up, but all this is based on completed missions.
