One of the greatest phenomena in the world of anime is Kaiju No. 8, which captivates with a great story and moments full of tension between some of its characters, as in the case of Kafka Hibino, who can become a powerful kaiju and thus, be the best hero of all.
Everything seems to point to this being one of the biggest series of 2024, so they have a lot of plans to further increase the figure that Kaiju No. 8 represents as it looks to build a great franchise with a new project on the way.
According to an official post on Kaiju No.8’s official account, this will happen on June 15 next year, right after the anime’s 10th episode airs, which will announce what this new project is about.

There’s little information yet on what might be announced, but followers of Naoya Matsumoto’s story have been theorizing about some of the issues and possible projects that could emerge.
Notable among them is the appearance of a video game about Kaiju No. 8, or perhaps an art book responsible for compiling some content related to the anime. Likewise, they suggest that there could be a first movie based on the story or even an adaptation of the manga spin-offs, even noting that it could feature live-action.
It’s unclear what the project is, but there’s a lot of anticipation surrounding it as the series looks to be one of the biggest to date and already has a large following that will want to know more about it. .
