The return of the Kimetsu no Yaiba anime is one of the most anticipated in 2024 as it will bring with it an adaptation of one of the most interesting storylines created by Koyoharu Gotouge, but it looks like there are a few surprises in store for fans.

The fourth season began with a special one-hour screening in theaters to promote the anime’s return, but now that the first episode has aired in Japan, some interesting details have already been revealed.

According to a report from FigitAcout, the first episode of the new season of Kimetsu no Yaiba will feature original scenes that are not in the manga, so everything fits perfectly in this adventure.

Meanwhile, it has been speculated that Kimetsu no Yaiba: To the Hashira Training may adapt content from the light novels or, in any case, there will be new things that will further expand the story.

The anime special debuted at number one with a total of 647 million yen in just its first weekend as it prepares to hit theaters in other parts of the world.

It opened in Japan on February 2nd and will have a special presentation in Mexico on February 17th featuring Takahiro Sakurai, Kengo Kawanishi and producer Yuma Takahashi.

Before watching the special episode of Kimetsu no Yaiba: Into Hashira’s Training, a music video will be shown that sums up the entire journey that Tanjiro went through over the course of three seasons to save everyone and each other to his sister.

The anime will officially premiere weekly in the spring of 2024 and can be seen on the Crunchyroll platform.
