Through Weekly Shonen Jump, the production of a fourth anime movie has been officially announced and all fans of Kouhei Horikoshi’s story have been surprised, especially as the manga approaches its final stage and season seven approaches.
Some of the details that were revealed were that this new film will have an original story under the care of the author, and this is nothing new since the previous films have not been connected to the main story until now.
What caught the attention is that these events will now focus on the original plans for the My Hero Academia characters, meaning we could see some of the discarded ideas that Horikoshi-sensei had regarding his characters.
But that’s not all, it’s also mentioned that it will move in the same timeline of the anime, and it’s possible that this other movie could be set in a collapsed society, which is what we saw in the final conflict of the anime’s sixth season. .
