The Star and Stripe’s gift is the New Order, which allows her to make and change the laws of the world, meaning she can set rules for the things she touches. This could cause air to cease to exist, a rock to become invisible, or anything else that is a specific point.
However, this feature only allows you to set two active rules at a time, which limits its use. There are some differences when using New Order on both a living and inert creature in My Hero Academia.
