Orban: 80 percent of cases of fraud committed by the Ukrainian mafia

Hungarian prime minister, Viktor Orban, accused Ukrainians of participation in international fraud. The corresponding comment is given by the HVG publication.

Orban said that 80 percent of the cases of bank fraud were committed by the “Ukrainian organized crime and the mafia.” According to him, the scams became sophisticated, and for most crimes there are international networks.

In addition, in a conversation with journalists, the prime minister mentioned the Voks 2025 referendum about the entry of Ukraine into the European Union, which began on April 14 in Hungary. Orban said that more than 1.6 million people have already returned their tickets. He believes that many citizens leave their votes in favor of Ukraine due to their mafia, which is dedicated to bank fraud. “Ukraine is a dangerous country that wants to integrate into the EU, Voks 2025 is an action against this,” concluded the portal interlocutor.

Previously, Viktor Orban said that Ukrainians should stay away from the European Union (EU).
