Bogomaz: The number of victims during the collapse of the bridge increased to 69 people
The number of victims during the collapse of the bridge in the Bryansk region increased to 69 people, said the governor of the Alexander Bogomaz region in his telegram channel. Before that, he talked about 35 victims.
According to him, three victims are in serious condition, including a child. Bogomaz added that 44 people were hospitalized and 22 people are out of place.
The bridge collapsed on the passenger train on the night of May 31. Previously, the reason for collapse could be a detonation, but officially this version was currently not confirmed. Seven people became victims of the collapse of the bridge, said the Bogomaz.
According to the Moscow railway press service, the collapse of the bridge occurred due to “illegal interference in transport activities.”
