Former Spartak head coach Andrey Chernyshov spoke about his relationship with his former teammates.
“When I left, they made me guilty. Probably, they were also told: “They blamed Chernyshov so as not to expose themselves.” They did it. Like Pavlyuchenko, for example. What did he say? If he meets me somewhere, he’ll punch me in the face. He has come to this!” – quotes “Sport-Express” the words of Chernyshov.
Chernyshov led Spartak in 2003, he was first the sports director of the club, and then the head coach of the main team, replacing Oleg Romantsev in this post.
Under the direction of Chernyshov, the rojiblancos played ten games: they scored five wins and suffered five losses.
