Former Russia midfielder Andrei Kanchelskis has admitted that he is currently negotiating with the club about his possible appointment as head coach. For this, he had previously left the country.
“Now I am abroad. I’m in negotiations right now. Negotiations are progressing well, everything is fine,” Kanchelskis was quoted as saying by Match TV.
The Russian specialist did not name a specific team with which he is discussing the terms of the deal.
Remember that Kanchelskis did not engage in training for about three years. In October 2020, he stepped down as Navbakhor’s head coach and has not coached since. Previously, he also worked for Ufa, Volga and Jurmala.
