The judge from St. Petersburg Vladislav Bezborodov was recognized as the best referee of the 2022/23 season in Russia. This was reported by the RFU press service.
Sochi referee Pavel Kukuyan took the second position, and Moscow’s Sergey Karasev closed the first line.
Also in the top ten were Evgeny Turbin and Kirill Levnikov, and the last, tenth place, was taken by Artem Lyubimov.
It should be noted that the rating is formed from the assessments of match inspectors, taking into account the decisions of the RFU commission of expert judges.
