In the first game of the Champions League play-off round, Scottish Rangers played PSV from the Netherlands at home.
The match ended in a 2:2 draw. Abdallah Sima and Rabbi Matondo scored between the hosts. The guests responded with accurate shots from Ibrahim Sangare and Luc de Jong.
The second leg will take place a week later, on August 29, in Eindhoven.
