RPL referee errors table. Spartak is closer to the teams that suffer the most
Kirill Zakatchenko April 3, 2024, 12:00 Moscow time
Small but significant update.
The RPL judges made no mistakes based on the results of the first two spring rounds. But the third was not without a serious error. In this regard, we update the table with the judges’ ratings based on Igor Fedotov’s exam:
how many times referees wrongly awarded or failed to award a penalty for or against a team; how many times players were incorrectly sent off (or not sent off at all); wrongly counted or disallowed a goal; whether or not they mistakenly showed a second yellow card; If the error was corrected by the referee in the VAR, then it is not taken into account.
Previous refereeing errors
By tradition, we leave links to tables based on the results of previous rounds so you can follow the chronology.
Referee errors on matchday 22 of the RPL
On the tour there was only one mistake: Spartak was not allowed to take a penalty in the match against Ural. Vladimir Moskalev fouled Anton Zinkovsky, but deemed the offense to have been committed outside the area.
Igor Fedotov
football referee
“Moskalev was in a good position and saw the infringement. Maybe he looked at the ball and didn’t understand where the attack was. Based on the replays shown, I believe the infringement occurred on the penalty area line. My personal opinion: it is a penalty and a yellow card for rough play.”
