Russia has risen to the top position in the Asian Chess Federation (ACF) ranking in the men’s ranking. The updated rating was published on the official FIDE website.
The classification takes into account the average rating of the ten strongest chess players in the country. The rating of the Russians is 2700. Indian chess players are in second position, representatives of China are in third place.
Recall that in February, the delegates of the ACF General Assembly voted in favor of the inclusion of the Russian Chess Federation (RCF) in the organization.
On April 14, 2022, the CFR made the decision to move from the European Chess Union to the ACF.
