Goalkeeper: Matvey Safonov (Krasnodar)
Safonov was criticized a lot and deservedly last season, but he broke into the new championship in spectacular fashion and got into our team for the second time. Matvey is one of the three goalkeepers who did not give up in the second round, but played in the “southern derby”, while Ilya Pomazun and Artur Nigmatullin were knocked out in the Ural – Pari NN match.

This defender is constantly criticized for his mistakes, but in the match with Sochi, the Brazilian decided to show everything that he was capable of. Cayo helped his team not to miss, scored himself and worsened the game more than once with long passes.

One of the designers of the heroic draw of “Rostov” in a match with the reigning champion of Russia. Even thanks to Chernov, Zenit could not create many chances, and besides, Evgeny won a penalty at the end, from which his team equalized the score, avoiding defeat.
Right midfielder: Maxim Glushenkov (Lokomotiv Moscow)
It’s not easy to play in Voronezh, any RPL player will tell you. But Lokomotiv won, and in devastating fashion. And largely thanks to Glushenkov. Maxim entered the field at the beginning of the second half with the score 1: 1 and gave two assists – Sergey Pinyaev and Nair Tiknizyan. The time when the replacement worked one hundred percent.
Midfielder: Arsen Zakharyan (Dinamo)
Fans have been waiting for a long time for Zakharyan to play, like a year and a half ago; then he was rightfully considered one of the top stars of the RPL. And in the match with “Wings” in his native Samara, Arsen showed class. The midfielder scored a goal and an assist for Konstantin Tyukavin. The only problem is that Dynamo lost the win at the end. But this does not negate the brilliant performance of Zakharyan.
Midfielder: Roman Zobnin (Spartak)
Spartak had a controversial game with the RPL rookie, but Zobnin, who has gained great form in recent months, once again delighted the fans with his game. Román is dynamic, controls the ball well and speeds up the game, playing almost everywhere. Also, Spartak won!

Left midfielder: Nair Tiknizyan (Lokomotiv)
You knew that Tiknizyan would be on this team, right? Nair suddenly became a goalscorer and after goals in the first round and in the Cup he added a double in Voronezh. Well, naturally we moved the Lokomotiv player from defense to midfield.
Right winger: Fedor Chalov (CSKA)
In this round, several attackers showed themselves at once, and in terms of performance, Chalov was ahead of everyone. Fedor scored a hat-trick! Yes, from the penalty spot, but to beat a goalkeeper three times, and even in Grozny, you also need nerves of steel and skill. In our scheme, Chalov is on the right in attack due to his versatility.
Center forward: Mateo Cassierra (Zenit)
Another center forward, scored in the last day. The match with Rostov was not easy for Zenit, but it was Cassierra who turned the score to 1:0 in favor of the champion. Last season, Mateo practically did not score, and now he has scored a brace on matchday 1 and a goal in Rostov-on-Don. Yes, even what! There can only be one claim for Cassierra: he ruined the moment at the end of the match, already with an even score.
Left winger: Quincy Promes (Spartak)
Once we mention the efficient Zobnin, we can’t stop mentioning Promes, who continues to create in attack under any circumstances. Quincy had an assist (on Theo Bongonda) and a goal in the game against Baltika. By the way, since he moved to Russia in 2014, the Dutchman usually completes a goal + pass in a game. According to Opta’s estimates, Promes already has 20 such kits!
Head Coach: Igor Osinkin (Wings of the Soviets)
Successful match management is always great. And Osinkin showed this ability at the right time. It seemed that the match with Dynamo was already hopeless and defeat could not be avoided, but the Wings coach made the necessary changes and saved the tie.
