There is probably not a person or fan in Russia who has not heard this legendary song. But there are also “Our youth team”, “Heroes of sports”, “Goodbye Moscow, goodbye” (it was she who closed the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow).
Unfortunately, sad news arrived today. The author of these wonderful musical works, the famous composer, died at the age of 94. Nikolay Dobronravov husband of composer Alexandra Pakhmutova. Dobronravov is reported to have died after a long and serious illness.
Nikolai Nikolaevich was born on November 22, 1928 in Leningrad. In 1950 he graduated from the Nemirovich-Danchenko Studio School of the Gorky Moscow Art Theater and in 1952 from the Moscow City Pedagogical Institute named after Potemkin.

It is interesting that, in addition to music, Dobronravov has established himself in cinema. He starred in two films: “Sporting Honor” and “The Return of Vasily Bortnikov.” Furthermore, the script and texts of the famous television movie “Oh sport, you are the world!” also known as Dobronravov.
It is clear that in the master’s works the emphasis was mainly on sports. Nikolai Nikolaevich himself was a fan of Dynamo Moscow, but he passionately loved not only the capital club, but also the entire national sport in general.
