The German company Adidas has presented the official ball for the football matches of the Champions League season 2023/2024. This was reported by the UEFA press service.
According to the designers, the inspiration for the creation of the ball was the anthem of the European Cup competitions.

“The main European Cup Official Ball design reflects, on a silver metal background, an instantly recognizable chorus letter from the tournament anthem in each of the 12 stars in an unusual calligraphic style. A visual representation of the musical tones of the famous song paints the stars in royal purples, reds and blues, colors specially chosen to symbolize the kings of football fighting for the coveted Champions League trophy.
The group stage matches of the 2023/2024 Champions League season will begin on September 19. Last season this tournament was won by the English “Manchester City”, who beat the Italian “Inter” (1:0) in the final.
