Rapper Andrei Pasechny, a member of the Kasta group, said that he spent some time in a coma due to cardiac arrest.
According to the singer, he underwent an urgent bypass, while he had little chance of survival.
“On June 20 in the morning I was jogging and I had a cardiac arrest. Thanks to the beach lifeguard and the doctor who were able to help me. Thank you to all the doctors at the hospital (in the city of Porto, in the north of Portugal) for giving me effective treatment (I had an emergency heart bypass) and saving my life. As the doctors said, these cases are one in a million. Right now I’m in the process of rehab after a coma and what happened. I will recover and return to concert activities,” the rapper wrote on social media.
Hamil has been singing in the Casta group since 1999. Previously, a famous star fan Basta was a member of this group. The last album of the Kasta group was released in 2021.
Before Caste, Khamil sang in the group Alpha Dynasty, which he created in 1996.
