Who was the PSG striker so sheltered from?
While the press develops the main transfer saga of the summer between Kylian Mbappé, PSG and Real Madrid, the footballer spends a well-deserved vacation in Cameroon. The venue was not chosen by chance: the striker’s father, Wilfried, came from this African country. In Cameroon, Mbappé has a busy schedule and Kylian is surrounded by so many security guards that it seems to scare the star.
When the PSG striker arrived in Yaoundé (the capital of Cameroon), an unusual banner awaited him. Real Madrid fans prepared for Mbappé’s arrival and hung a banner with the message: “The Real Madrid family in Yaoundé welcomes Monsieur Kylian Mbappé on behalf of the boss. We are waiting for you in Madrid.”

Kilian first met Cameroonian Prime Minister Joseph Nguthe, and then visited sites funded by his footballer’s foundation. Mbappé visited a school for the deaf and a nursery. The attacker also visited his father’s settlement in Jebal. First, Kilian arrived at the place by boat, and already in the town itself he was received by his representatives and the old man.
But the most unusual footage from Cameroon with Mbappé has to do with his bodyguards. The local law enforcement agencies were so reassured that they organized a procession especially for the star guest. It included an armored personnel carrier! And along with the procession special forces moved. It is not clear why such serious security measures. They probably scared Kilian more than the people around him.
In Cameroon, Mbappe faced former UFC Heavyweight Champion Francis Ngannou. “Enjoying the nature of the most famous Cameroonian dish with Kylian Mbappé”, the fighter signed a photo with the French striker on social networks.

The forward also played basketball with the kids and former NBA player Joaquim Noah. Kilian’s program included a friendly match with a team from the second division of the Cameroonian championship. But the game had to be cancelled. According to Le Parisien, the decision is due to the excitement that was generated at the airport by the arrival of the Frenchman. Mbappé was received by some two thousand people, the police had problems with crowd control. But still, the striker played football with children at one of the sites.

Kilian has already left Cameroon. Obviously, the trip gave the star a lot of emotions. And now Mbappé will have to decide questions related to her future.
