He says: “The charges I faced in court allege that in 2021 I had sex with a woman who was too drunk to give her consent. They accuse me of using physical force to abuse someone. I will most likely be accused of having an intimate relationship with someone who now claims she did not consent to it.
I did not rape this woman. I never entered into a sexual relationship when I realized the woman was not interested in me. The charge dates back to October 2021 while she played for Portland.
