Two people outside the RPL met in Voronezh. “Fakel” cannot win after the change of coach, and the situation of Rashid Rakhimov in “Rubin” remains difficult. One of the teams could break the winless streak and get a morale boost.
From the first minutes, “Fakel” actively launched the attack. Kvekveskiri, Motspan, Magal shot on goal. And in one of the episodes, Fakel’s striker, Evgeny Markov, wanted to attack so much that he tore his shirt. Rubin’s first attack ended in a goal. After a corner kick, Lazar Randjelovic sent the ball into the local goal. After a disallowed goal, Rubin went on the attack more frequently. Fakel’s fatigue also contributed to this: the team still cannot play with intensity during the 90 minutes. For example, in the middle of the half Fameye had a good chance, but Voronezh goalkeeper Belenov made a save. A little later, Kabutov made a good break into Fakel’s area, this time defender Bozhin stopped. But Sergei Tashuev’s team also recovered: in the end, Magal and Bozhin himself had good chances.

The logic of the game suggested that today the fans would still see at least one goal. But the ball did not enter the goal. Although the moments cannot be called killer.
Midway through the second half, Tashuev and Rakhimov tried to influence the game with changes. At the same time, the teams created danger in goal. But it’s all in vain. However, the situation was changed by the Argentine midfielder Valentín Vada. In the 83rd minute he entered the field and a couple of moments later he opened the scoring of the match. Rubin made a good combination, Dmitry Kabutov crossed from the right wing to the center of the area and Vada was in the right place and scored. Labor goal in the 85th minute!

It is evident that “Fakel” was not prepared for such a scenario. Tashuev immediately made a double substitution, but he was catastrophically short on time to recover. The Voronezh team carried out a mini-assault, but failed to score.
Rubin achieved their second victory of the season and immediately rose to 12th place, leaving the relegation zone and the play-offs. And “Fakel” remained on the last line 16. So far, the replacement of Vadim Evseev with Sergei Tashuev has not brought results.
In the next round, “Fakel” will have another good chance to win – the crisis “Sochi” will come to Voronezh. But Rubin is waiting for the visit of the leader, Krasnodar. It will be much more difficult to get the three points. But Rashid Rakhimov, after the victory over Fakel, relieved the unnecessary stress associated with a possible dismissal. How long?
